Terms
IronMove Terms of Use
Effective date: 25 March 2026
These terms are aligned with the current product scope and suitable for review use. Before production publication, IronMove still needs to finalize the operator legal identity, age eligibility wording, governing law, dispute wording, and any counsel-reviewed consumer-law language.
1. Scope
These terms apply when you use the IronMove mobile application and related services, including workout tracking, nutrition tracking, hydration tracking, social features, shared workouts, and optional AI meal scan and health sync features.
2. Acceptance
By using IronMove, you agree to these terms and the related Privacy Notice.
3. Eligibility
Final age and eligibility wording still needs to be confirmed before production publication. The production terms should state the minimum age to use the service and any local-law qualifications that apply.
4. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that takes place through your account. You must not share access in a way that compromises account security or the privacy of other users.
5. Health and safety disclaimer
IronMove is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Workout guidance, nutrition information, hydration guidance, imported health data, and AI meal-scan results are informational only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You should use professional judgment and seek qualified advice where appropriate.
6. Optional features
AI meal scan
AI meal scan is optional. Results may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied on for medical decisions.
Health sync
Health-sync integrations are optional and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable depending on platform behavior and permissions.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use another person's account without permission,
- try to bypass security or access controls,
- misuse social or shared-workout features for harassment or spam,
- upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or
- reverse engineer or abuse the service beyond what the law allows.
8. Your content
You remain responsible for the content you add to IronMove. You keep rights in your own content, and IronMove receives the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and protect that content in order to operate the service.
9. Availability and changes
IronMove may update, suspend, or remove features, including optional features, to improve the service, address abuse, or perform maintenance. The service is provided on a best-effort basis and may not be available at all times.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. IronMove may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, security risk, or violation of these terms. You can request account deletion through the app's Privacy Settings.
11. Warranties and liability
The production version of these terms should include counsel-reviewed wording covering service availability, optional-feature limitations, and liability limitations to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law.
12. Governing law and disputes
IronMove still needs final legal wording for governing law, dispute handling, and any country-specific consumer-law carve-outs before production publication.
